We’re Cliff and Natalie Whearley, the husband and wife team behind Whearley & Co. We didn't set out to build a brokerage. We set out to find a home — and built a life around what we learned along the way.
Whearley & Co. exists because of one belief we've never wavered on: that a great home is both a beautiful place to live and one of the smartest investments you'll ever make. We've never seen those as separate things.
Two decades later, our team has closed over 400 real estate transactions and completed several renovation projects.

More than a financial decision, that first project taught us everything. It introduced us to the art of designing spaces, the discipline of managing construction, and the deeply satisfying work of turning a property's potential into something real and lasting.
We kept going — investment properties, new construction, vacation rentals, renovation after renovation. Not as a strategy. Because we are, genuinely and slightly obsessively, in love with what homes can become.
Our first home was a one-bedroom log cabin built in the 1920s — Redwood log walls, vaulted ceilings, extraordinary natural light, and enough untapped potential that it had been sitting on the market for close to a year. Where others saw problems, we saw possibility. We saw the bones, the story, the life it could hold — and the investment it could become.
We were right. We got to work and renovated the space. In the meantime, we got engaged there, brought home our first baby, and eventually expanded it into two rentable units. That cabin is now worth more than twice what we paid for it. It's still in our portfolio today.
Our first home — redwood City, CA

You're making one of the most significant financial decisions of your life. We bring the market expertise and design perspective. You bring the vision. Together, we get it right. More than 90% of our business comes from referrals — and we think that says more than we ever could.
We love homes. Actually, that's an understatement. We are obsessed with homes. When we're not working, we're checking out homes around town, exploring neighborhoods, or chatting about our newest Instagram inspiration. We believe every home has something to love, and enjoy highlighting that for our buyers and sellers.
Your story is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that home isn't just a space, it's a setting. Home is where your story unfolds. It's a place for the people you love and all those little moments you share with them. And we feel so privileged to be a part of your journey in helping you find that place.
Natalie is the creative force behind everything you see at Whearley & Co. — and the reason our listings look the way they do. As a Certified Staging Design Professional and trained color consultant, she brings a rare combination of formal training and instinctive design perspective to every property she touches.
Her work is warm, considered, and specific to each home — never generic, never formulaic. And it shows. Natalie's work has been featured by Studio McGee, Lonny Magazine, and Parachute Home.
Her eye doesn't just make homes beautiful. It makes them sell.

Cliff has spent his entire life in Silicon Valley. In nineteen years and more than $350M in closed sales, he's developed a block-by-block, neighborhood-by-neighborhood understanding of this market that only comes from being genuinely rooted here.
More than 90% of his business comes from referrals. Not because he's the loudest voice in the room, but because the clients who work with him once tend to send everyone they trust to him next.
Whether you're buying your first home or expanding a portfolio, what sets Cliff apart isn't just his knowledge of this market — it's his ability to see around corners. To spot the upside before it's obvious, read a neighborhood before it moves, and help his clients make decisions they'll still feel good about ten years from now.
