Whearley and Co. is a boutique real estate brokerage and interiors shop serving clients throughout the Bay Area. We are a close knit team, lead by Natalie and Cliff Whearley, with shared expertise in real estate and design, and united by our passion for timeless, warm spaces and our dedication to the beauty of everyday living.

Retail Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will work with the Retail team in day-to-day operations of the shop and providing an elevated experience for each and every customer.

part-time, redwood city

— Create a welcoming and inspiring environment and provide excellent customer service

— Support retail manager in daily sales, merchandising activities, and daily operations

— Provide accurate product information and support in custom orders. 

— Ring up sales with Shopify POS

— Support in marketing efforts and shop promotions

— Support in visual merchandising strategies and styling

— Report to Retail Manager


— Available to work weekends

— Thrives in a challenging and multi faceted environment

— Styling and merchandising experience is a plus

— Works well as a part of a team but is able to work autonomously 

— 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home decor/interiors, fashion or gifting.

— Experience with Shopify POS is a plus, but not required

— Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, with equipment as needed
