Our first new construction project, the Carriage Suite is a one bedroom apartment in Emerald Hills that sits atop a garage. Designed to feel like a treehouse, we placed each window with a forest view in mind — creating a peaceful and private retreat.

The Carriage Suite is the first new construction project we have seen through planning, engineering, construction, to the finishing touches. We were very intentional about the layout, design, and privacy of the space - keeping the day to day living experience top of mind for each decision. When you walk in the front door, you’re greeted by an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, while vaulted ceilings throughout keep the intimate space from feeling cramped. A wraparound deck looks out onto a private forested hillside, balancing the modern finishes of the space with natural charm.
