Ready to get your groove on at Music on the Square? The concert series doesn’t start until June 3rd, but this Friday there will be a Preview Night on the square from 5:30-8:00pm. Come by and hear a preview of the music to come this summer, taste food from local restaurants, learn more about businesses around town.

Headed to Kauai this summer? Well now, you can bring back more than macadamia nuts. You can also help a dog find a forever home. The Aloha Escort Shelter Pet Transfer Program helps save dog’s lives by finding them a sponsor to escort them on the flight home. Or if you’re looking for a new furry friend you can even adopt one.

The Fair Oaks Branch Library is now lending out iPads. It’s the first library in San Mateo County to offer iPads to check-out for home use. They have 50 iPads available to check out and use at home for up to a week.

Speaking of libraries, the Friends of the Redwood City Library are now on Facebook. Like their page for events, book sales, and other library news.

Looking to buy a home in Redwood City? Check out open houses around town this weekend.
