Five Things for the Weekend

This weekend head down to the Courthouse Square for the 12th Annual PAL Blues, Music, and Art Festival. It’s happening Saturday July 22 from 12:00-8:00pm. Proceeds from the festival will directly benefit youth programs of the Redwood City PAL.

It’s also the last weekend to catch the latest exhibit, “+2 Art Show” at The Main Gallery featuring local artists. The gallery is open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Dwell Realtors are happy sponsors of the family category for 2017 Redwood City movies on the square. Come by and say hi before the movie begins at sundown! This Thursday, July 27,  Moana is showing at Courthouse Square at 8:45pm.

One suburb tops the list of Best Value Neighborhood’s. And that is, you guessed it, Redwood City! According to a new report from real estate site Trulia the top four best value neighborhoods are Palm Park, Roosevelt, Redwood Oaks and Woodside Plaza (in that order) and Farm Hill tied with San Mateo’s Sugarloaf for the No. 8 best-value neighborhood.

And if you do happen to be house hunting, check out this weekend’s open houses, including this home on a rare flat lot in Emerald Hills or this Mt. Carmel home with a beautiful backyard.
