Whearley & Co. is now an independent real estate brokerage. 

After being in the business of helping people buy & sell homes for nearly 15 years, we are venturing out to create a different experience for our clients. In that time, we’ve been listening to your needs — and also your dreams to create a home you love. We believe that by launching a boutique real estate brokerage we can offer you more — real estate expertise, services to get your home ready for sale, construction and design resources, and all the finishing touches to make your new house feel like home. 

We’ve found that a custom approach, tailored to each client and property, is at the heart of our success.  We have closed over $200 million in sales on over 200 properties — and while it’s exciting to share those milestone numbers — what we care about is that we have had the opportunity to be a part of over 200 experiences with you, our clients. For us, it’s always been about creating relationships and finding ways that we can go above and beyond for each of you.

Shop & Styling Consultations

We are very excited to be opening a shop in downtown Redwood City that will also serve as the Whearley & Co. headquarters. The shop will be filled with home decor and furnishings in our signature style and we will offer styling consultations on everything from paint colors to pillow selections. More details coming soon!

Property Collection

When you work with us, you get priority access to our short-term and vacation rentals. We have invested in creating unique vacation experiences in Lake Tahoe and Emerald Hills that are designed to be your home away from home.

More Projects to Come

We have bought, sold, and renovated a handful of properties and we just can’t get enough. We’re looking forward to adding to our portfolio and taking on more investment projects in the future.
