Take a tour of our family home — It was built in 1927 and we have remodeled it from the ground up. See some of the updates and changes we made to more than double its value when we sold it.

We purchased our home in 2015 for $1,260,000. We replaced the foundation and updated the lower floor plan to open up the living spaces. We also added a second story with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for over $3,150,000 in 2023.

Our goal with the project was to make it look like the additions and changes had always been there, and we took care to keep our home’s character. We’re hoping to do more renovation projects in our hometown and thoughtfully steward older homes toward more modern lifestyles.
