Our real estate office, Dwell Realtors, is giving back to the community this holiday season by collecting gifts and donations for youth who attend Redwood High School. See below for all the details. And please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

At Dwell Realtors we strive to make a difference in the lives of our clients by helping with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. We are fortunate to be in this line of work and to impact so many in our community. So this holiday season we are focused on giving back to the community.

We are collecting donations of gift cards, warm clothing, gently used bikes, or bus passes to help students at Redwood High School. Close to 250 at-risk students could benefit from your help. 

If you need a reason, here are a few:

Redwood High School is a continuing education school that is part of Sequoia Union High School District. This year, close to 250 at-risk students attend and the school is staffed by just 17 teachers and 12 additional staff members.

While many of us are excited to have 2 weeks off to celebrate the holidays, for many of these students, this is a time of concern about things like what will they eat and what will the holidays bring. Many of the students at Redwood High School don’t have the means to eat three meals a day, don’t have a jacket to put on during those cold days, or enough cash to catch a bus to their jobs or school.

Please consider making a donation. It will make a difference to a teen in need this holiday season. You can drop off donations at Dwell Realtors, located at 1500 Laurel St. Suite B, San Carlos. We are collecting donations through Friday Dec. 16. We’re collecting things like:

• Gift cards to grocery stores 
• Gift cards to clothing stores
• Warm clothing like jackets and sweaters (Adult sizes S through XL)
• A bus pass or other transportation passes. 

Or donate money via Paypal (joyce@joyceandtatum.com) or drop off a cash or check to us at Dwell. We will use the money to purchase gifts and gift cards for the students.
