Thank you to everyone who stopped by The Front Porch RWC booth, donated to the Redwood City Education Foundation, and celebrated the 4th of July with some fun and silly photos! We loved meeting so many people in the community and with your help we raised $391 for the RCEF!

As we head into the holiday season, it’s a wonderful time to think about giving back to the community by donating food, clothing, or toys to support families in need or volunteering at a local organization. Keep reading for information on how to donate to a food drive Cliff’s office, Dwell Realtors, is hosting or for other ways to get involved around town.

In the United States, massive amounts of food go uneaten every year. Over one-third of the nation’s food supply goes to waste, while one in six Americans don’t have enough to eat. So as we shop, cook, eat, and celebrate this season, let’s also consider the food that goes uneaten and families in need of their next meal.
